A merchant establishment that allows its customers the option to make a purchase using their PRSI (“Merchant”, “you” or “User”); or
An internet surfer (“you” or “User”).

According to the According to Information and Technology Act, 2008 read with the Information Technology (Intermediary guidelines) Rules, 2011, this document is an electronic record and was created by a computer system without the need for any manual or electronic signatures.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, set forth the guidelines by which you are permitted to use the Website and how we will handle your account while you are a member. Please get in touch with us if you have any inquiries concerning our terms.

AGREEMENT WITH PUBLIC RELATIONS SOCIETY OF INDIA, KOLKATA CHAPTER

The same enables PRSI to provide its consumers with better deals as well as reminders and notifications for events that are more in line with their interests.
No inappropriate or illegal use shall be made of the information given by PRSI or otherwise accessed through the website;
Except as authorized in a separate agreement with us, you agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services using a method other than the interface provided by PRSI;
You consent to refrain from taking any action that would obstruct or interfere with the Services (or the servers and networks connected to the Services);

You consent to the use of your information in line with the privacy policies of the Public Relations Society of India, Kolkata Chapter.
Your personal information and contact details will all be kept private by PRSI. This includes the personal data you provided in connection with the opening and ongoing management of your account.

CONTENT YOU POST OR SUBMIT

4. Violates the intellectual property or other rights of any person;
5. Is threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous; or
6. Is pornographic or sexually explicit in nature.
By using this Service, you agree that you will not post any content that is known to be illegal, false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, libelous, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, threatening, racially offensive, invading someone’s privacy, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature. You will notify PRSI at events@prsikolkata.org upon coming across any objectionable content on the Website and PRSI shall use its best efforts to remove such objectionable content within thirty-six hours from being duly notified.

Posing as a representative of the Services or a PRSI Team;
claiming that the material you send or upload through the Services was produced or approved by us;
delivering or transmitting any content that could be damaging to PRSI or its business partners, or that breaks any rules or guidelines issued by PRSI or its partners;
submission of any content that erroneously suggests or declares that it has our sponsorship or endorsement;
any false or removed author attributions, legal or other proper notices, or exclusive designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other materials contained in a file that is posted;
any content containing software viruses, trojan horses, or any other computer code, files, or programs intended to disrupt, damage, or restrict the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment being placed on the system of the Kolkata Chapter of Public Relations Society of India;
manipulating service IDs to cover off the source of any content sent through the services;
obtaining or keeping personal information about other users;
breaking any rules, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks linked to the service; interfering with or disrupting the service, servers, or networks connected to the service;
utilizing any robot, crawler, online search/retrieval tool, or other tool to index or retrieve any part of the service or to gather user data for any unlawful reason; or
Establishing user accounts automatically or by using fictitious or fraudulent information.
